Loening, New York, NY, USA, in his capacity as beneficial owner due to an indirect acquisition on 19 September 2008 through the group companies Lafayette Street Fund LP, Lafayette Street Fund II LP, SEG Partners LP, SEG Partners II LP, SEG Blackwall Fund LP, SEG Astor Place Fund LP (all c/o The Corporation Trust Company, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA) and SEG Partners Offshore Ltd., Lafayette Street Fund Offshore Ltd., SEG Blackwall Offshore Fund Ltd. (all c/o Goldman Sachs (Cayman) Trust Ltd., P.O. Box 896, Gardenia Court, Suite 3307, 45 Market Street, Camana Bay, Cayman Islands) as well as Select Equity Group, Inc. is newly holding 1 282 523 nominal shares, conferring 5.13% of voting rights of Panalpina World Transport (Holding) Ltd. George S. Loening is holding a majority stake in Select Equity Group, Inc. and Select Offshore Advisor LLC, which are the investment managers of the aforementioned funds.
